- Join the NDIS – If you haven’t got one already, you need a NDIS Plan that includes Improved Life Choices.
- Sign up with Healthy Plan Management – During the NDIS Participant Onboarding process, we will meet / call you to discuss your needs; de-mystify NDIS jargon; take you through our Onboarding process, systems and habits; Q & A – you can ask any questions you may have to ensure we are all on the same page. It is a relaxed call, and by the end we map out a simple plan for you to start moving forward, and if we do not feel that you would benefit from our services, we will politely refer you to a provider / resource that may suit you better.
- Notify your providers – As soon as you are set up in our system, you should contact your providers advising them that your NDIS budget is managed by us. It’s that easy.
- Ongoing – once the process is established, you can relax. We will sort out the rest and keep you regularly updated. We will liaise with all necessary stakeholders on your behalf.
- Questions and queries - Our team is happy to help you answer any of your questions. We provide unlimited support and you are always welcome to contact us if you have any queries.
Irena is a chartered accountant with 20+ years of experience. She held various management positions across many settings and industries; including a multinational professional services firm and a number of ASX listed multi-million dollar corporate organisations. Simply put, she brings significant depth and breadth of experience across all facets of financial management, accounting, auditing, risk management, governance, taxation and business advisory services.
Alongside Healthy Plan Management, Irena runs a successful accounting, taxation and business advisory practice from regional Victoria, supporting clients Australia and world-wide. Her top priority is keeping her clients happy and helping them grow, develop and reach their business and personal goals.
